How it started
The homeowners had an enviable hillside location with breathtaking views of Utah's mountains, but their property presented significant challenges. The steep terrain made the backyard virtually unusable, with no defined spaces for recreation or entertainment.
How it finished
Four Seasons transformed this challenging hillside into a place where every element was thoughtfully designed to celebrate the stunning mountain backdrop. The centerpiece lap pool, with its geometric paving, creates a resort atmosphere, while the regulation sports court adds recreational value without compromising elegance.
Multiple entertainment zones - from the intimate fire pit lounge to the pool deck with designer furnishings - provide perfect vantage points for the panoramic views. The clean white architecture paired with year-round landscaping strikes an ideal balance between sophisticated design and natural beauty, while strategic lighting ensures this mountain retreat can be enjoyed from sunrise to well after sunset.
